    Great place to stay! HOA shuttle for skiing was very convenient! Much
    better than dealing with the Free Ride Breckenridge shuttle. No
    complaints on the house whatsoever! Very clean, comfortable place to
    stay. Had everything we needed, beds we’re comfortable and the hot
    tub was great after a day of skiing! We would definitely book this
    rental again!

    We had a fun week with my group of 8. Very cozy, clean, comfortable
    place with the perfect space for our group. The kitchen was well
    stocked with supplies, the beds are comfy, there are plenty of towels,
    and the hot tub was fantastic. We liked the location: not far from
    Main Street Breckenridge and Frisco was nearby too.

    Absolutely ideal. Our family stayed here for 4 days and it was
    perfect. We were a few minutes away from downtown Breckenridge, frisco
    adventure park and good times adventures for all our activities. The
    townhouse itself has plenty of room and bathrooms for the family. Our
    kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the mountains. It is
    very clean and the staff are very punctual. They sent over a
    maintenance crew immediately when the fireplace had a small problem
    due to the wind. Was fixed in 10-15 minutes. We’re already talking
    about coming back out next year.

    The place was beautiful and convenient . Beds were comfortable and
    also very clean. We had only 1 hiccup, I received a text at 3:15pm
    stating the property was ready so we headed over to the townhouse.
    Unfortunately, the cleaning staff was still there. They left and
    another person arrived and we waited outside for 45 mins to get in.
    Other than that, no complaints.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in December! The home was spacious, had
    plenty of necessities in the kitchen, and the bathrooms were set up
    nicely. It was nice to come in after a fun day of skiing and all cozy
    up in front of the fireplace on the big couch! We had a problem
    getting the fireplace working but after a couple of tries, someone
    came out and fixed it right up for us! The location was great to head
    back into town for dinner! The only negative I can think of is we
    didn't get any snow while we were there! We look forward to coming
    back and staying again one day!

    This house had everything we needed. It's a perfect space for the
    amount of people it will fit. The only issues we had were that the hot
    tub felt WAY hotter than it said. We had to wait a couple days so the
    temperature would go down for us to get in. And the exterior lights
    weren't working. They did finally come the 2nd day we were there to
    fix them but the back porch light didn't work still. By the end of our
    stay, the light still hadn't been fixed. We didn't get in the hot tub
    much so it wasn't a big deal but we had to use our phone flashlights
    to see when we went out back. But other than that, it was a clean
    house and comfortable place to be. It's also convenient because its
    right off the main road and 5 minutes from the downtown area where all
    the shops are. We had a great time on our vacation!

    We had a wonderful time staying in this rental with family from FL,
    Utah and CO. We were here for a nephew's wedding. The location was
    perfect for everything: close to family; perfect distance from
    activities in Frisco, shopping in Breckenridge, and all activities:
    golf, bike path, hiking etc. The place was clean, well stocked and
    management responded to all questions quickly. It was different for me
    to write questions to a text number, not knowing if it was management
    or owners. Lovely quiet neighborhood.
