LOCATION – This home is located in the coveted Warrior’s Mark neighborhood located on the south end of Breckenridge near Peaks 9 & 10. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

AMENITIES –The main level open area allows everyone to be a part of the action. The fully stocked kitchen features polished granite counters and stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. Settle into the living area, light the gas fireplace and relax with your family and friends. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite on the main level, and on the lower level a King bedroom, Queen bedroom and bunk room. Enjoy the loft level with 3 Twin sleeper chairs for extra sleeping capacity. On the lower level, enjoy the den with large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and wet bar. After the day’s activities, soak in the private hot tub and soak up the fresh alpine air.

All properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

    Our group loved this home! It was well stocked, clean, homey, and in a
    PERFECT location. The Breck bus stop is right outside which made
    getting into town and to the slopes so easy. Really fun layout for a
    group. 10/10 recommend this property!

    This was a large house, bright with big space. The location was 1/2 mi
    from all the action. Good layout with bedrooms and the two car garage
    was a benefit.

    The home was clean but needed some general maintenance. Window shades
    weren't working, shower drain was slow, front walkway was covered in
    dandelions.

    The hot tub annoyingly did a self-clean every two hours, which was
    enough to wake us up. I'm not sure why it needed to run so frequently,
    as that seems like a waste of electricity. One single detergent pack
    was disappointing but we simply picked some up at the grocery store.

    Mostly minor complaints, but overall a solid place to stay.

    It's a very nice and large place with a ton of room for a big group to
    spread out. It was well stocked with supplies, in great condition and
    conveniently located next to a free shuttle bus to the resort and the
    town. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue with
    one of two fireplaces and it was fixed in about a day.

    right on the free shuttle bus route, and close to some of our favorite
    trails. The rental company kept in close contact, was able to make
    suggestions, and help with questions. We highly recommend this house
    for a family vacation.

    our 3 families in terms of sleeping arrangements. We loved how close
    to Main Street it was but yet far enough away to feel private. The
    view out the front windows was spectacular. The management company was
    awesome to work with and always responsive to any questions we had. We
    will definitely keep this rental home on our list of places to stay
    again when in Breckenridge.

    We just had a little trouble with kcup coffee machine but after
    cleaning kcup compartment some, it worked fine. Home was spacious,
    convenient to bus and downtown, had views of mountains. We had a
    wonderful time! Will gladly visit again in the future!

    too close. The shuttle was literally in the yard practically, so very
    easy access. The house was clean and well laid out for a large group.

    with questions and I am looking forward to coming back to enjoy this
    beautiful home.

    take the bus, but still relatively close. Garage was big enough for
