This expansive, 3,330-square-foot home has two levels. The exterior of this Telluride vacation home features rugged, natural stone and wood that look right at home in the natural landscape. Inside, you will find a modern, cozy aesthetic in the shared living space, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. This Mountain Village gem can host up to 10 guests.  

A large sweeping driveway leads to the front of Petra Domus Luxury Mountain Home. An archway between the intimate guest quarters and the main home leads to the porch at the back of the home. A table and chairs looks out over the forested landscape and toward the majestic mountains. Petra Domus also has a large, private terrace located at the back of the home. The terrace features a covered seating area with a fireplace and cushioned chairs. You can also barbecue on the outdoor grill and eat an alfresco meal at the outdoor table with seats for six guests.  

The terrace has doors that lead inside to the main living space. The great room vaulted ceilings, large picture windows with a view, and a stunning stone fireplace. The cushioned couches and armchairs gathered around the fireplace make a cozy place to sit and relax with your group. The great room also has a hidden flat screen TV.  

The open floor plan of the main living space makes it easy to move from the great room to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances from Viking, a coffeemaker, an espresso machine, and granite countertops. Guests can dine in the breakfast nook – which features a leather bench and two chairs – or at the dining table with seats for six guests.  

The master bedroom at Petra Domus Luxury Mountain Home is located on the main level. This opulent room has a king-size bed facing a gorgeous fireplace with additional seating. Guests of this room also have access to an en-suite bathroom a steam shower, a separate bathtub, and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the main floor. This room has two queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.  

The third bedroom is located on the lower level. This playful room has four twin-size beds arranged as two bunk beds recessed in the wall. The room also has a flat screen TV, a large sectional couch, a bar, and a foosball table. Guests sleeping on the lower level will have access to a bathroom. A set of doors on the lower level leads directly outside to the home’s private hot tub.  

The fourth bedroom is located in the intimate guests quarters, separated from the main home by the porte cochere. This area of the home, perfect for couples, has a queen-size bed, a kitchenette, and a flat screen TV. The guest quarters also has a bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower.
