The Primary bedroom also comes with its own private ensuite which includes dual vanities with Koa cabinetry and granite counters, a large and luxurious soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom equipped with King bed and 3rd Bedroom equipped with Queen bed both come furnished with Smart TV’s, AC, ceiling fan, ocean views, and attached ensuites with walk-in showers.

Please note that this home is located in a small, upscale, quiet subdivision with strictly enforced noise rules. The infinity pool, rock wall, and location of the bedrooms may not be suitable for children. Additionally, the hot tub at this property is solar heated and is heated when the weather is conducive from 9 am to 6 pm. If the solar panels are not exposed to direct sunlight, the hot tub will be the same temperature as the pool.
